Sorry To Bother You Perler Bead

I did this Perler bead design of the poster for Sorry To Bother You. I did the face first and then decided to do the logo. The logo came out all wobbly and warped but it still fits. I am waiting for the canvas to finish drying so I can slap it on and update this post.

Added a canvas. Took like three or four layers of paints to coat the canvas since it had a dark background on it already.

Centipede Perler Bead

I id this Perler bead of the Atari game Centipede. I have never made anything from this particular game because it looks so simple and I couldn't figure out how to make it interesting. I added a Press Start design that I got from PXLPrincess. Click here to check her stuff out and buy some things. I got the canvas from the thrift store for five bucks and just painted it black.

John Wick Perler Bead

This morning I made this big ass John Wick in Perler bead. Love the way it came out using just four colors. Took two pieces and put them together. Used an image from the poster, turned it to pixels, and went from there. In case you are wondering what site I use to make images to pixels it is Pixel-Stitch. Just pick whatever size you want and know that each square is a bead. The bigger the number the larger your design will be. You can also choose how many colors you wanna have.

Added a canvas this morning with some bullet holes I burned into the canvas with a butterknife.

Little Nemo Perler Bead

Made this Perler design from sprites of the character Little Nemo from the old Nintendo game.

Darkseid Perler Bead

I did this Darkseid Perler bead design based off of a sketch by artist Ron Salas. I have made designs from a photo and from a drawing before but never something like this in terms of how lightly it was drawn and with the shading and such. Wasn't sure how it would turn out but I really like the way this looks and will start making more things that are difficult. If anyone with a Twitter account wants to let him know please do so. I love when artists get to see the stuff I've done.
