Super Mario Land Perler Beads (On Canvas)

 I did these Super Mario Land Perler beads on a canvas today. I did a lot of beads today. I like the way this came out. I used these thin canvas that came with the paint I ordered. I used to play this game so damn much when I was in junior high on my Game Boy. I always wished that they made it for Nintendo but they made that thing where you could connect to your TV though I never had that. 

Metroid Perler Bead

 I made this Metroid Perler based off of the Game Boy system. I changed up a few things since it looked super bland with the original colors. I even added a few clear beads in it to spice shit up.

Beastman Perler Bead

I made a big Beastman head! This was based off of a design by Justin Gammon. His stuff looks so damn cool and always ends up far larger than I expect when making. Since I am using a bucket of beads it takes longer to sit and sort stuff out. I used his pixels once before for my Monster Squad stuff.

Mega Man Perler Bead

 Made this big Mega Man Perler a few minutes ago. I like how clean it came out. I have made him before but they were always small. 

Calvin And Hobbes Perler Beads

 I made these Calvin and Hobbes Perler beads based off of a cross stitch pattern. It was kinda rough since the photo was fuzzy.

Abobo Perler Bead

 I enjoy making Abobo in various forms. I think I have made every version of him at this point. 

Among Us Perler Beads

 I made these Among Us Perler beads the other day. I enjoy watching folks play that strange game.

Forcing Myself To Draw 7

 I drew a picture of Tabitha last week. Out of all the hobbies I have this is the one that tends to suffer because I do it so infrequently. Once I start it is complete pretty quickly. I just end up drawing the same characters over and over again and not creating any new ones.

Ras G Perler Bead

This took a long time. Not because it was difficult (though it was) but because I didn't want to just make a small design and be finished. I made this for my best friend Cam whose cousin was Ras G who passed away last year. I had met him before and he was cool. After he passed I saw so many tributes popping up and had no idea he was as loved as he was. I based this off of a design from one of his albums and added some splashes to the canvas because I realized that I am that guy.

The design is about 18 inches wide and the canvas is 20. I used an existing image and pixelated it so many times over the past year until it was not five feet tall but you could still see who it was. I finished the canvas today and attached the design to it and let it dry. This is one of those designs that I make for someone and then wish I had one for myself. It looks better in person. Most Perler designs do.
