I started making some Pokemon Perler beads based off of some pixels I have been finding online. There are a lot of these damned things so I think it'll be something I work on to use random colors and in between bigger projects.
I finally made a Lil Mac to go with my Mike Tyson's Punch Out Perler beads. I picked the version of him where he is just exhausted. I plan on getting a huge canvas for these. It was made using the sprites from the game.
I did these Fullmetal Alchemist Perler beads at the sort of request of TJ on Twitter. I had wanted to do some of Edward and Alphonse Elric but that was when I was not good at making huge designs that were based on pixels/sprites from video games. These were way easier than I thought and makes me think I should start making more difficult designs.
I did these Beavis And Butthead last night and of course had to wait until this morning to take the picture. These came out way bigger than I expected because they were based off the pixels from the video game. I have already added them to a canvas to hang up today.
I did this Jake The Snake Roberts Perler based from the Wrestlefest arcade game from 1991. I did that Mr. Perfect one a few days ago and it took days to complete after work. This one took just a little over 5 hours. I love this thing and am happy that after years of wanting to do these off one of my favorite games and of two of my favorite wrestlers. I changed the color of his tights because the game has shades of gray that I have never owned and I like the blue ones better anyway.
Made a bunch of wrestling Perler beads from the company PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla). There is Super Dragon, Ricochet, Chris Hero, The Young Bucks, Sami Callihan, Trent?, Chuck Taylor, Candice Lerae, Joey Ryan, Zack Sabre Jr., and WWF wrestler Finn Balor.
Over the last few days after work I have come home and worked on this Mr. Perfect Perler bead. I found the sprites from the old WrestleFest video game and damned near lost my mind. For years I have always wanted to make one of these but the images were always blurry from the game. This came out way bigger than I was expecting but I was determined to finish it. It is eight pieces put together because I only use the small squares now because I got tired of wasting money on warped boards that were larger. And don't tell me to use the tape method. I won't.
I got more beads so I am back in the saddle again with making Perler designs. I did some wrestling ones like Enzo & Cass, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, and (bald) Kane. Can't wait for random folks to steal these and brag about how long they took to make. Seriously, these people exist.
