Andy Warhol Banana Perler Bead

I did this Velvet Underground & Nico album cover by Andy Warhol the other day. This was originally a sprite design that I did in Perler form. I ended up framing it as well. This thing was bigger than I thought it'd be and I split it into two pieces. Oh, and I used those see-through yellow beads from the bucket that I never get to use. I am low on regular yellow.

I LOVE this banana, I've just attempted it, but it's bigger than it looks! If you don't mind me asking, how did you lay your boards out? And how many boards did you use? Cheers! And hope your still beading, I love your work

hanks for checking this out and commenting. I make life more difficult by using one large board. The typical ones you buy in stores. I see people use a lot of small boards but since I make these laying in bed the small ones connected would not work for me. I recently stopped making these (check one of my latest posts) but just for a few months. Take care.
