Cloak & Dagger Perler Beads

I just finished these Cloak & Dagger Perler beads. The wall is now done...on that side.

  1. Love this! I just started with ironing beads :) when I searched for perler beads wall decoration I came across your blog. May I ask how you attach them to the wall? Because that's what I want to do as well!

  2. Thanks. In the past (meaning this picture) I have used thick colored tacks trying to match them with the beads color. Too much work. This time I used very small nails from a hardware store. I wanted to use that sticky gum but my walls rejected them. Check my more recent post for an updated image of my wall.

  3. Ah, I understand! Thanks. But those small nails - doesn't it mean you poke holes through your bead creations? Don't know if I could bring myself to do that ;_; have you tried double sided tape?

By the way, your final wall is awesome! I think it's the perfect way to show off your fandoms. Colorful, pretty and very personal.

  4. Yeah, I have to put holes in them but its fine to me. If anything I can just iron the hole smooth again. I got some more beads delivered early today and you can check some out here.
