So Many Perler Beads
For the past few weeks I have been making a lot of Perler Bead designs. From getting images offline of other designs, zooming in on video game pixels which is ridiculously hard, and even looking at sprites that are made of just lines and counting them out in bead form. This is still a super fun hobby to do and I have a lot more to continue making for others and myself.

Come On With The Perler Beads!
This weekend I finally got my black Perler Beads and got to working on some new stuff. I started off with three different version of Chun Li from Street Fighter before I got this one down. I made so many mistakes and ended up changing a color that was used to something lighter. This one came out so huge! I'm working on a Sagat one that will probably take another four hours.

Will Dante Stop Making Perler Beads?
Decided to add to my Zelda Perler Beads. I did a Princess Zelda along with some of the keys used and a heart. These are some fun little things to make.
I also made the Raccoon Mario because I loved using it in the game.

Dante Makes More Perler Beads
This weekend I worked on a few more
Perler Bead patterns. I get most of the images from offline and try
my best to mock them. Most times I don't have the right amount of
certain colors or just straight up don't have them at all and work
with what I have. Like with these designs I didn't have black beads
(yes, still) so I used a dark gray. Up first is Gilian Thunderhead
from the old Golden Axe game. I used a bit more heat on this one to make it smoother. I also had to do it in two parts since my grid I use to place the beads on is warped.
Next is Naruto. I love this one. His
hair was ridiculous to do so I changed it up some. The people that
create these originally are amazing and hopefully soon I'll be making
my own original designs.

Dante Making Perler Beads
A couple of weeks ago I got addicted to making Perler Beads. These things are too damn fun to make. Oh, and also aggravating if you mess up. I started off making really simple designs and quickly tried making ridiculously difficult ones that require a super steady hand. So far my favorite to create have been video game characters. They are simpler and easy to find images of online. Just Google what you‘re looking for and hopefully someone else has already created it or something close to what you want.
Feeling bold I made one for The Munky. It’s the creature from Alien and was so damned hard to do! Look at that damned tail. I messed it up a few times ironing it and had to let it cool off and attempt to get everything in order all over again. I’m happy with how it came out but wish I had more beads to make the tail even longer.
One of my favorite ones I’ve done so far is Batman. This one was really hard and based on the Batman & Robin video game. I ended up using almost all of my black beads doing this. I haven’t figured out where I‘m gonna put him but it’ll be somewhere over my bed probably.
